Children’s Residency

Overview

We are actively looking for a long-term children’s ministry resident that is passionate about reaching kids in communities where new churches are being planted. This resident would work with teams in each community to provide an ongoing connection with kids and families. These connections include weekly church gatherings and discipleship, after-school programs, family social events, and kids' camps. This role would involve a multi-layered approach to ministry in multiple communities where there is a need to bridge relationships with kids, families, and schools. The children’s ministry resident would coordinate with the children’s team members in each community to provide support for resources, logistics, and scheduling.
